Spike 3D’s Board of Directors

Lorenzo Ricotti, Founder & software design director. As software engineer for almost two decades, Mr. Ricotti has conceived, developed and deployed dedicated automation solutions for design centres, foundries, and research institutions, has provided design support and training for analog and mixed-mode design engineers, and IT support at corporate level. Within Spike 3D he is in charge of software development projects, with focus on 3D modelling and embedded systems. Mr. Ricotti holds a master degree in software engineering from the University of Pavia (Italy).

Paola Demartini, Founder & 3D design director. After many years as EDA flow and integration developer in the microelectronic business, Ms. Demartini has split her profession between EDA flow freelance consultancies and the development of GNU-based 2D and 3D design flows for rapid prototyping and 3D printing. She is currently in charge of all Spike 3D physical design activities. Ms. Demartini holds a master degree in microelectronic engineering from the University of Pavia (Italy).
